Upgrading or switching plans
Change your plan anytime from Plan & Billing. Switching between paid plans is prorated automatically by Stripe — you're only ever charged the difference. Moving from Free to a paid plan starts a normal subscription.
Downgrading
You can move down to a cheaper plan (or Free) at any time. Features tied to your previous plan — like advanced targeting rules, A/B tests, or Choice Pages you already created — keep working exactly as they did; you just can't create new ones at the higher tier's level until you upgrade again. Cancelling
Cancelling doesn't cut you off immediately — you keep your current plan's features until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan automatically. No further charges after that.
Invoices
Every payment generates an invoice you can view and download from Plan & Billing → Billing history. Update your payment method anytime from the same page.
