Affilink Partner Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the Affilink Partner Program ("the Program"). By joining, you ("Partner") agree to the terms below. Affilink may update these terms from time to time; continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.

1. Commission

Affilink pays Partners a commission on subscription revenue from customers who sign up through the Partner's unique referral link ("Referrals"). The standard commission rate is 25% of the amount actually paid by the Referral each billing period. Affilink may offer a different rate to specific Partners at its discretion; a Partner's applicable rate is shown on their Partner Dashboard.

2. Commission duration

Commissions are earned on a Referral's payments for up to 12 months from the date they signed up through the Partner's link. No commission is earned on payments made after that window, even if the Referral remains subscribed.

3. Attribution

A click on a Partner's referral link is credited to that Partner for 90 days. If the visitor signs up within that window, they're recorded as that Partner's Referral. If someone clicks multiple Partners' links before signing up, the most recent click before signup is credited.

4. Prohibited self-referrals

A Partner may not use their own referral link to sign up a new account for themselves, or direct someone to do so on their behalf, in order to generate commission. Accounts and referrals found to violate this rule will have the associated commission voided and may be removed from the Program.

5. Fraud and abuse

Affilink may withhold, reverse, or refuse to pay commission, and may suspend or remove a Partner from the Program, if it reasonably believes referrals were generated through fraud, incentivized/paid signups not disclosed to Affilink, spam, misleading advertising, cookie stuffing, bot traffic, or any other abusive or deceptive practice.

6. Refunds and chargebacks

If a payment a Partner was commissioned on is later refunded or successfully disputed (charged back), the associated commission is reversed. If the commission has already been paid out, the reversed amount is deducted from the Partner's future payout balance.

7. Payouts

Payouts are made via Stripe Connect, directly to the bank account or debit card the Partner connects during onboarding. Affilink pays out monthly, provided the Partner's payable balance meets the minimum payout threshold shown on their dashboard; balances below that threshold roll over to the next month. Partners are responsible for providing accurate payout and tax information, and for any taxes owed on commissions earned.

8. Program changes and termination

Affilink may modify or end the Program, or a Partner's participation in it, at any time. Commission already earned and payable at the time of termination will still be paid out, subject to the terms above.

9. Relationship

Partners are independent participants in the Program, not employees, agents, or legal representatives of Affilink, and may not make representations on Affilink's behalf beyond sharing their referral link.
