A short, branded link in an order confirmation looks more trustworthy than a long platform URL — and unlike that plain link, you get real click data on top of it.
How it works
Paste one URL into your store's own webhook settings — no app to install, no OAuth to authorize. Shopify: Settings → Notifications → Webhooks, event "Order creation." WooCommerce: WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Webhooks, topic "Order created" (WooCommerce also needs your store's own web address entered once, since its webhook payload doesn't include it). From then on, every new order automatically gets a short, trackable Smart Link to its own order-status page.

Available on Pro and up. This is entirely self-service per store — each connection is configured from your own Store Integrations page, nothing is set up on our end on your behalf.
