Connect your Shopify or WooCommerce store to automatically create a short, trackable Smart Link for every new order's status page — no app to install on either side.
Shopify
- Go to Store Integrations in your account menu and copy your Shopify webhook URL.
- In Shopify admin: Settings → Notifications → Webhooks → create a webhook for event Order creation, format JSON, and paste in the URL.
WooCommerce
- Go to Store Integrations and copy your WooCommerce webhook URL.
- Enter your store's web address (e.g.
https://yourstore.com) on the same page and save — WooCommerce's order webhook doesn't include this on its own, and it's needed to build the order link. - In WordPress admin: WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Webhooks → add a webhook for topic Order created, and paste in the URL.
From then on, every new order shows up under Recent links created from orders on the same page, with a short link ready to copy into an order confirmation, SMS, or follow-up email.
Both URLs share one secret — if you click Regenerate webhook secret, update it in Shopify and WooCommerce's settings too, or new orders will stop creating links until you do.
