Password-protected links
Keep a link exclusive to the people you actually shared it with.
A private deal for subscribers, a client-only resource, or an early-access drop only stays exclusive if not just anyone who stumbles on the URL can open it. Password protection gates a Smart Link behind a password you set.
How it works
Once protection is turned on, anyone who clicks the link sees a password prompt before they're sent anywhere. Enter the right password once, and you're not asked again for the rest of that browsing session — the unlock doesn't persist permanently, so a new visitor, or the same person back a few days later, sees the prompt again. Repeated failed attempts from the same visitor are automatically rate-limited, so the password can't be brute-forced.
Good to know
Password protection is available on Creator and up. If you downgrade, a password already set on a link keeps working exactly as it did — you just can't add protection to a new link until you upgrade again.
