Review before it goes live

A live link with the wrong destination, a typo, or an unapproved offer can cost real money the moment it's shared. A quick review before it's reachable catches that before any visitor ever sees it.

How it works

Turn on approval for Member-created links from your Team page, and any new link a Member creates stays invisible to visitors — it simply doesn't resolve — until an Owner or Admin reviews and approves it. Owners and Admins get a Pending Approvals item in the sidebar with a live count, and can approve a link instantly or reject it with an optional note explaining why. A rejected link's creator can fix it up and resubmit from the link's own page.

Owners and Admins are trusted by default and are never held back by this — only links created by a plain Member go through review.

Good to know

Available on Business. If you downgrade, links already awaiting review or already approved keep exactly the status they had — only the setting itself turns off, so newly created links stop needing approval.
