Inflated click counts don't just look bad — they can push you into overage charges for traffic that was never real in the first place.

How it works

On top of blocking known bots and crawlers by their user agent (which happens on every plan, before this even gets involved), Affi.link watches for one common sign of click fraud: the same IP address clicking the same link an unusual number of times in a short burst. When that happens, those extra clicks are flagged and kept out of your click totals, your monthly quota, and any webhook or Zapier trigger for that click — they never count against you, and they're excluded from every other analytics breakdown too, so what you see everywhere else stays your real traffic.

Good to know

This runs automatically on every plan — there's nothing to turn on or configure. Find what's been filtered on the Statistics page's own "Click fraud filtering" card.
