Affi.link watches for one common sign of click fraud or bot abuse: the same visitor (by IP address) clicking the same link an unusual number of times in a short burst. When that happens, those extra clicks are flagged and kept out of your click totals, your monthly quota, and any webhook or Zapier trigger for that click — they never count against you.
This runs automatically on every link on every plan — there's nothing to turn on, configure, or upgrade for.
Where to see what got filtered
Go to Statistics and find the Click fraud filtering card — it shows how many clicks were filtered in your current date range, plus the most recent ones (which link, and the IP address involved). Filtered clicks are never mixed into your other breakdowns (by country, device, referer, etc.) or the click log below, so what you see everywhere else on the page is your real traffic.
This is on top of, not instead of, Affi.link's existing filtering of known bots and crawlers (search engine indexers, uptime monitors, and the like) — that also runs on every plan and skips tracking entirely, before click fraud filtering ever gets involved.
