Smart Scaling automatically buys extra blocks of clicks when you go over your plan's monthly allowance, so a traffic spike doesn't mean lost affiliate revenue.
How it works
- Turn on auto-purchase overage on your Plan & Billing page.
- Set a monthly spending limit — the most you're willing to spend on extra clicks in a single month.
- As your usage crosses each 1,000-click block, we purchase another block automatically, at your plan's per-block rate, until you hit your spending limit.
If your accumulated overage cost this month would already cost more than simply moving up to the next plan, we'll automatically upgrade you instead — saving you money outright rather than continuing to charge for blocks.
If you hit your spending limit before the month ends, further clicks stop carrying your affiliate tag (same as running out on the Free plan) until the next month, or until you raise your limit.
You're notified by email at 80% and 100% of your spending limit, so there are no surprises on your invoice.
