Notes for team handoff

Context that only lives in someone's memory, or in a separate chat thread, gets lost the moment they're busy or move on. Keeping it attached to the link itself means whoever picks it up next isn't starting from scratch.

How it works

Every link has its own Notes thread, right below its targeting settings — anyone with access to the link can read it, and can add a note explaining why something changed, what still needs checking, or a heads-up about an upcoming promo. Notes show who wrote them and when, in the order they were added.

Good to know

Available on Business. You can always remove your own notes; Owners and Admins can also remove a Member's note for cleanup. If you downgrade, existing notes stay fully visible — only adding a new one requires the plan.
